Have at least 6-8 cups of water or fresh juice per day. The best part is while making any changes to a skincare routine usually takes time, you can begin to repair your moisture barrier and notice a difference in just a few days.
Use an antioxidant serum
Next, a serum is a liquid containing a highly concentrated amount of skin actives that are able to penetrate deeper than moisturizers. Look for a formula that contains vitamin C and E, retinol to reduce wrinkles, increase the production of collagen, brighten your complexion, and act as a shield against pollution.
